We're thrilled to announce the launch of the IIBA Poland Mentoring Program, a new initiative of the IIBA Poland Chapter! This program is the first mentoring program specifically designed for business analysts in Poland, and we're excited to bring it to the community.

The IIBA Poland Mentoring Program is tailored to meet the needs of both mentors and mentees, with a focus on building meaningful relationships and providing valuable learning experiences. Mentors will have the opportunity to give back to the community, share their knowledge and expertise, and develop their own leadership skills through coaching and guidance. Mentees will benefit from one-on-one support, career advice, and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals who have been in their shoes.
 In addition to the mentoring program, we're also planning dedicated trainings for both mentors and mentees to provide additional support and ensure that everyone involved has the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

We're very excited to bring this new initiative to the community and can't wait to see the impact it will have on the professional development of business analysts in Poland.

 Z radością informujemy o uruchomieniu programu mentoringowego IIBA Poland, nowej inicjatywy IIBA Poland Chapter! Ten program to pierwszy mentoring skrojony specjalnie dla analityków biznesowych w Polsce, i jesteśmy podekscytowani, że możemy go wprowadzić do społeczności.

 Program mentoringowy IIBA Poland jest dostosowany do potrzeb zarówno mentorów, jak i mentees, skupiając się na budowaniu wartościowych relacji i dostarczaniu wartościowych doświadczeń. Mentorzy będą mieli możliwość dzielenia się swoją wiedzą i doświadczeniem, rozwijania swoich umiejętności przywódczych poprzez coaching i wsparcie. Mentees będą mieli korzyść z indywidualnego wsparcia, porad dotyczących kariery oraz możliwości uczenia się od doświadczonych profesjonalistów, którzy sami byli w ich sytuacji.
 Oprócz programu mentoringowego planujemy również dedykowane szkolenia dla mentorów i mentees, które zapewnią dodatkowe wsparcie i upewnią się, że wszyscy zaangażowani mają umiejętności i wiedzę, których potrzebują do osiągnięcia sukcesu.

Jesteśmy bardzo podekscytowani, że możemy wprowadzić tę nową inicjatywę do społeczności i nie możemy się doczekać, aby zobaczyć, jaki wpływ będzie miała na rozwój zawodowy analityków biznesowych w Polsce. 

W roku 2023 program będzie prowadzony w języku polskim dlatego kolejne sekcje dotyczące proramu mentoringowego są zaprezetnowane w języku polskim.
