This year’s IIBA Poland Summit is all about turning what we have already learned into action — through practical insights, real experience, meaningful conversations, and inspiration from business analysis professionals from around the world.

Day 1 — Workshops Day
The first day will feature 10 practical 2.5-hour workshops, each preceded by a 20-minute TED-style talk. The number of tickets is limited, as we want to keep this day intimate, interactive, and focused on high-quality learning.

Day 2 — Conference Day
The second day will be a 3-track conference day with inspiring sessions from international speakers, plus opportunities to join individual mentoring meetings.
