Chapter Leaders are a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to advancing business analysis in Poland and making all important decision behind chapter's strategy and operations. Our board is comprised of experts from diverse sectors, including IT, finance, and healthcare, bringing a rich tapestry of experience and insights to our mission.

Our core aim is to elevate business analysis as a crucial practice within the Polish business landscape. We achieve this by nurturing our members' professional development, forging partnerships with local enterprises and academic institutions, and offering visionary insights on how business analysis can drive organizational success.

Beyond professional advancement, we are deeply committed to cultivating a vibrant, supportive community. Through a variety of professional development programs, networking events, and social gatherings, we encourage our members to build meaningful connections and collaborate, strengthening the business analysis community in Poland.

Agnieszka Balcerzak

Agnieszka is a seasoned business analysis expert with over 15 years of experience, specializing in business mentoring, training, and consulting. With a blend of technical and managerial skills, she has contributed significantly to both startups and corporations, focusing on system to strategy analysis.

Agnieszka stands out as one of the first in Poland to achieve IIBA certification, now handling six internationally renowned certificates: ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, CPOA, AAC, and CBDA, and presides as the President of the IIBA Poland Chapter. Recognized for her leadership, she plays a pivotal role in enhancing business analysis standards, promoting best practices, and nurturing a strong community of professionals in Poland.

Head of Volunteering (since 1.08.2025)

Grzegorz Gębczyński

Grzegorz leads the volunteer program at IIBA Poland Chapter, supporting onboarding, growth, wellbeing, and team spirit among our volunteers.

With a deep curiosity for how systems shape the world, Grzegorz has spent over a decade navigating the crossroads of technology, business, and strategy, leading teams across domains such as earth sciences, smart cities, GIS, and healthcare.

Beyond work, he’s driven by a fascination with the science of the mind and body - diving into psychology, psychophysiology, and nutrition to better understand what helps people thrive and how technology shapes the human brain and behaviour.

Head of Partner Relations (since 1.07.2025)

Bartosz Korytkowski

Bartosz is one of our most dedicated volunteers. After over two years of involvement, he now serves as Head of Partner Relations, focusing on building strategic partnerships that expand our reach and impact.
 
His commitment and strategic mindset have been key to creating valuable opportunities for the IIBA Poland Chapter. With 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Bartosz bridges business needs with technical solutions and is passionate about continuous learning and community engagement.

Head of PMO (since 1.08.2025)

Paulina Krajewska

Paulina has been appointed as the new Head of PMO at IIBA Poland Chapter, supporting the organization with her extensive project expertise.

With over a decade of experience, Paulina is recognized as both a results-driven leader and an empathetic people manager. Her strength lies in leading cross-functional teams and embedding best practices across Supply Chain, Finance, and IT, enabling stronger collaboration between project management and business analysis.

Outside of work, Paulina treasures time with her family, stays active, and embraces new adventures through travel and cultural exploration.

Head of Membership Engagement (since 1.07.2025)

Malwina Sosnowska

Malwina joined our team with strong enthusiasm and a clear mission: to help build and maintain an engaged, people-centered community around our Chapter. With her positive energy and motivation, she quickly became a driving force in our volunteer team.
 
Professionally, Malwina is a Project Manager and Business Analyst with hands-on experience in developing IT systems. She specializes in gathering requirements, defining processes, and working closely with development teams. She has successfully managed international IT projects using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and BPMN.
 

Head of Professional Development (since 1.08.2025)

Alina Varankovich

Alina leads the Professional Development area in IIBA Poland Chapter, focusing on building relationships, sharing knowledge, and inspiring our community. She fosters collaboration with speakers, promotes awareness of certification, and ensures alignment with global professional standards.

A proficient Business Analyst specializing in the Fintech domain with a strong emphasis on digital banking solutions, Alina brings extensive leadership experience as a Business and System Analysis Team Lead. Her expertise spans strategic team management, talent development, and cross-functional coordination, consistently enabling successful outcomes.

Mateusz Oklejewicz

Mateusz is an experienced IT Manager and Business Analyst with a strong background in investment and capital markets analysis. He has extensive knowledge of IT systems, trading platforms, and currency risk management.

His professional experience covers several areas of banking, including Risk Management, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management. Mateusz is a self-motivated and adaptable professional who performs well under pressure. He is known for his strong interpersonal skills, passion for problem-solving, and readiness to take on new challenges.
