Our CBDA Study Group is an initiative designed to expand your expertise in data analytics and advance your professional journey. Through interactive sessions, participants will delve into the core concepts, techniques, and practices outlined in the Guide to Business Data Analytics (CBDA). This program offers valuable insights into leveraging data for informed decision-making and equips you with the skills needed to succeed in the data-driven world of business analysis. Participants will also earn Continuous Development Units (CDUs) for recertification.

Agnieszka Balcerzak is a seasoned business analysis expert with over 18 years of professional experience, specializing in business mentoring, training, and consulting. With a blend of technical and managerial skills, she has contributed significantly to both startups and corporations, focusing on system to strategy analysis. Agnieszka stands out as one of the first in Poland to achieve IIBA certification, now handling seven internationally renowned certificates: ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, CPOA, AAC, CBDA and CCA and presides as the President of the IIBA Poland Chapter. Recognized for her leadership and people-centered approach she plays a pivotal role in enhancing business analysis standards, promoting best practices, and nurturing a strong community of professionals in Poland.
