- Shape and lead the chapter’s marketing and communication strategy

Head of Financial Operations

The Head of Financial Operations makes sure everything adds up, from managing budgets to supporting our activities and projects. What you’ll do:

Head of Legal
At IIBA Poland Chapter, we want to make sure everything we do is above board and by the book. The Head of Legal helps us stay on track with all legal matters, making sure our activities, policies, and documents are clear and compliant. This role is all about giving practical advice, supporting the team, and keeping our chapter safe and sound.
What you’ll do:
- Advise the chapter on legal matters and best practices
- Review and update our policies, agreements, terms and conditions and documents
- Make sure our activities follow all relevant laws and regulations
- Support the team with any legal questions or challenges
- Help manage risk and protect the chapter’s interests
Head of Events
At IIBA Poland Chapter, we want our events to be amazing—no matter who’s organizing them or where they’re happening. The Head of Events sets the standards and creates easy-to-follow guidelines so anyone, anywhere in Poland, can put together a great event with us. This role is all about making sure every event is welcoming, well-organized, and true to our chapter’s spirit.
What you’ll do:
- Develop clear standards and guidelines for running events
- Support and advise anyone interested in organizing an event
- Make sure every event reflects our chapter’s values and quality
- Gather feedback and look for ways to make our events even better
- Help spread our event culture across the whole country
- Report to IIBA Global
Marketing Content Creator
At IIBA Poland Chapter, we love sharing our story and connecting with our community online. The Marketing Content Creator makes sure our LinkedIn is always buzzing with fresh, interesting posts that show what we’re up to and what’s coming next. This role is all about creativity, great communication, and helping us reach even more business analysts.
What you’ll do:
- Create and post engaging content on our LinkedIn page
- Share updates about events, news, and community highlights
- Come up with new ideas to boost our online presence
- Work with the team to promote our activities and achievements

Community Engagement Manager
At IIBA Poland Chapter, we want our LinkedIn community to feel lively, connected, and welcoming. What you’ll do:
- Start and join conversations in the comments to keep our LinkedIn community active
- Share interesting content, ask questions, and encourage members to share their thoughts
- Welcome new followers and help them get involved
- Highlight member stories, wins, and contributions
- Listen to feedback and help turn great ideas into LinkedIn posts or discussions
- Make sure our online space is positive, professional, and engaging for everyone
Board Member
At IIBA Poland Chapter, our board works together to guide the chapter’s vision, strategy, and activities so we can better serve the business analysis community. A Board Member helps shape decisions, supports key initiatives, and represents the voice of our members. This role is all about collaboration, leadership, and making a positive impact on the chapter’s growth and success. It is also responsible for all financial and legal matters.
