At IIBA Poland Chapter, we don’t just stick to our regular activities – we also run lots of exciting projects like study groups and our mentoring program. The Head of PMO is the person who makes sure all these projects run smoothly, follow our chapter’s standards, and support our overall strategy. This role is all about helping project leads get started, keeping everything on track, and making sure we’re always improving how we do things.
What you’ll do:
  • Create and update our project management tools, templates, and ways of working
  • Keep an eye on all our projects to make sure they fit with our chapter’s goals
  • Welcome, guide, and support project leads and volunteers
  • Track project progress and share updates with the chapter board

Head of Volunteering
