Paulina Marszałek - Szczotka - Business and systems analyst with 9 years of experience. I approach my work with great passion, I like helping people make accurate and well thought out decisions. I don't take the easy way, my priority is to understand the needs and problems of stakeholders. I work in IT <-> Business. I work in the agile environment and am proficient with Jira and Confluence. My day-to-day work involves financial and medical systems.
What are my career goals for the next 3 years?
- To become a strategic analyst helping management boards run their businesses better.
 
Hanna Boroń - Product Owner and Business Analyst with experience in developing and managing IT products. With a background in forensic science and experience in IT, she combines analytical thinking with practical product management skills. She navigates regulated environments with ease, drawing on her experience from the police force and healthcare IT projects. She has worked in Agile environments, using tools such as Jira and Confluence, and is passionate about continuous learning and professional development in business analysis.
