Agnieszka Balcerzak
A seasoned business analyst with over 15 years of expertise, Agnieszka Balcerzak presently leads as the President of the IIBA Poland Chapter, an extension of the global International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). Under her guidance, the chapter organizes events and mentoring tailored for local business analysts.
In addition to her leadership role, Agnieszka is an acclaimed IIBA Certification Trainer and she coaches on certifications ranging from ECBA to AAC. She is also the founder of Consulting Agnieszka Balcerzak, focusing on IIBA certification preparations. As a Business Mentor at Sieć Przedsiębiorczych Kobiet, Agnieszka is dedicated to aiding women entrepreneurs.
Her past includes significant roles as a Business Trainer at Management Training & Development Center MT&DC and a Senior Business Analyst at Atos, serving high-profile clients like T-mobile and L'oreal. Agnieszka is based in Warszawa, Poland, and is a recognized figure in the business analysis domain.
Mateusz Oklejewicz
Mateusz is an experienced IT Delivery Manager and Tech Business Analyst with a rich history of directing cross-site projects globally. Educated in Telecom, MBA, and Finance & Risk, he's known for adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and handling high-pressure situations with grace.
Currently, he serves as the Lead IT Delivery Manager at Nokia in Wrocław. Mateusz has also notably served as the Chapter President and is the Past President of the IIBA Poland Chapter. He spent substantial time at UBS, overseeing IT delivery and managing various Business Analyst Teams. Additionally, Mateusz co-founded the Mitto+ Parcel delivery application, and at Credit Suisse, he managed system checks and UAT testing as a Business Analyst.
Beginning his career in 2013, Mateusz worked as a Market Analyst at Szkoła Inwestowania S.A., focusing on financial product analysis.
Based in Wrocław, Poland, Mateusz is a dedicated professional always ready for new challenges in the IT sector.
Susan Moore
Susan Moore is the Community Engagement Manager at the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). She is a Product Management professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the Finance and Insurance industries. Before coming to IIBA, Susan worked in Business Analysis and Project Management roles, incorporating business analysis leadership and agile practices into the business analysis teams where she worked. Susan also writes on these topics at http://TheVirtualBACoach.com . Susan holds several business analysis and agile certifications including IIBA’s Agile Analysis Certification (AAC).

Piotr Borkowski
CEO, Cyber Arms sp. z o.o. Expert and Manager with 16 years of extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity. Chairman of the Program Boards at the AntiFraud Association and the CISO #Poland Foundation. Participant and leader in numerous government-level projects (CERT.GOV.PL), advisory roles (Deloitte), and global initiatives as the Executive Director and Head of Red Team Operations & Cybersecurity Testing at Standard Chartered Bank. He has also served as a Board Advisor and external CISO for numerous companies and organizations, assisting in the construction of comprehensive security systems from the ground up. He is an instructor in security-related subjects and a speaker at various industry conferences in Poland and around the world.
Piotr Dobrowolski
Piotr is business analyst who started his adventure in IT area as a manual tester. In his job Piotr likes to follow the client's requirements and detect the truth. He has over 10 years of experience as BA. On a daily basis, Piotr knits and rides a bicycle.

Tomasz has almost 13 years of experience in Software Development, Cloud Computing and Project Management.
Tomasz has extensive knowledge in the field of automation and software development, covering all stages of creating enterprise solutions
including gathering business requirements, development of the solutions and support services implementation.
Hanna Gruzdowska
As a strategic business analyst with one foot in IT and the other in management, I ensure that projects and activities in the organization bring business value. I provide analytical competencies to managers and boards from Poland, Germany, and Switzerland in implementing strategy in an international organization of several hundred people. I’m running my own business serving as a consultant for companies.

Marcin Żmigrodzki
Marcin Żmigrodzki PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, SS Black Belt is a highly regarded expert in project management. He is the author of several books on project management, "Zwinni Zbrodnia i Scrum," "Zarządzanie projektami dla początkujących," "W tym szaleństwie jest metoda," "Instrukcja obsługi projektu," "Przewodnik po zarządzaniu projektami (for Public Administration)," and "Bardziej niż agile" (currently in progress).
Throughout his career, Marcin has held various roles, including IT company owner, long-time project manager, director of project and process management in a bank, and vice president of a manufacturing company. His accomplishments extend beyond writing and project management. Marcin was awarded the Inicjatyw .NET 2003 Award and has received numerous PMI Awards (2007, 2009, 2010, 2013, 2014, 2016) for the world's best project management training. He has also been honored with the PMI Poland Chapter Product Award 2010 and the ISAGA 2014 Award. In 2010, Marcin served as a project manager and was a finalist in the Polish Project Excellence Award, and in 2003, he led a project recognized by Microsoft in the Inicjatywa .NET competition.
In addition to his professional achievements, Marcin is actively involved in creating project management systems such as Wroolo, requirements analysis tool GoodBA, and mobile games. He has released titles such as "Business Inc." and "Republic Inc."
Aleksandra Przegalińska, Ph.D.
Aleksandra Przegalińska is a distinguished researcher and expert in the domain of artificial intelligence, particularly focusing on the intersections of human-AI interaction, ethics, and new technologies. Holding a Ph.D. in philosophy, her scholarly work delves deep into the nuances of AI's societal implications and the evolving dynamics of human-machine partnerships.
A professor at the Kozminski Academy, she further solidified her academic grounding by pursuing a doctorate in the philosophy of artificial intelligence at the Institute of Philosophy, University of Warsaw. Currently serving as the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Researcher at the Kozminski Academy, Dr. Przegalińska's affiliations have seen her collaborate with leading institutions, contributing both to foundational research and the broader discourse surrounding AI ethics and human-centric technology design.
From 2016, she undertook research at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. As an alumna of The New School for Social Research in New York, she explored the identity dynamics in virtual reality, with a focus on platforms like Second Life. Today, she holds a position as a Research Fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research and anticipates a collaboration with the Labour and Worklife Program at Harvard in 2021.
Beyond her academic pursuits, she has been a sought-after speaker, sharing insights on platforms around the world and collaborating with industry stakeholders to shape the future of AI integration in various sectors. Adding to her notable achievements, Dr. Przegalińska co-authored the book "Collaborative Society" in 2020 alongside Dariusz Jemielniak.
Her contributions to the field have not only helped advance our understanding of AI's role in modern society but have also been instrumental in guiding ethical considerations for emerging technologies. With a keen eye on the transformative potential of AI, Dr. Przegalińska remains at the forefront of discussions that aim to harmonize technology with human values and aspirations.
Ewelina Eggert
Experienced business analyst (over 20 years in the role), team manager for 60 business analysts and technical writers. Sucessfull in different business domains - FMGC, automotive, retail, HLS, industry and areas - CRM, EPR, quality control. Focused on customer needs and change management in projects. At Craftware responsible for internship program for future business analysts - around 20 people started business analysis career starting with Craftware's Academy.

Katarzyna Nowak - Rybka
Katarzyna is focused on bringing value and building a win-win business partnership. Her approach can be characterised by dedication to building solutions based on client needs, openness to new and innovative challenges, and focus on continuous improvement and evaluation. She directs Business Analysis Unit for a company employing around 55 Business Analysts and is also part of the Solution Design group.
Katarzyna has been an internal and external mentor for a number of business analysts and leaders. She is a conference speaker( IIBA Conference Europe 2020 & 2023 in London; Request 2019 in Wroclaw, TestingCup 2014 in Warsaw). She is the author of the article in BA Digest Q3 2022 (“Business Analysis Reality in a Post-pandemic World”).
Karolina Zmitrowicz
Experienced business analyst, requirements engineer and quality manager, actively acting to promote quality culture in IT. Karolina works an independent IT consultant in requirements engineering, business analysis and quality management fields helping customers to improve their operations and development processes to achieve better business outcomes. At work, she connects business and IT using a variety of experiences and knowledge gained in different areas of activity - from testing, through analysis, to process management. Outside of her professional career, Karolina is involved in a number of non-profit activities aimed at improving software development methods and she is an active member of several organizations acting to increase knowledge and maturity of requirements engineering and QA community.

Stan Bühne
Today, Stan is working a managing director of IREB. He has more than 20 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis and project management. Before joining IREB he worked for different consulting companies and was responsible for a number of digital transformation projects in the telecommunications environment.
Magdalena Leńczuk
With over 15 years of experience as a business analyst and a team leader in both IT and the business sector, Magda has cultivated a robust skill set in areas such as effective communication, identifying customer needs and expectations, setting goals, constructing and executing project plans, and making informed decisions. In her role as an analyst, Magda adeptly translates business requirements into workable solutions, fostering understanding and guiding stakeholders toward optimal outcomes while nurturing strong relationships.
Magda holds an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has been actively involved in coaching since 2018, serving as an internal coach at Citigroup. During her tenure at Citigroup, Magda took the initiative to establish and currently leads the coaching practice, overseeing other internal coaches who adhere to ICF standards and ethics. She has also authored coaching and development programs tailored to themes such as leadership, visibility, personal development, and career paths.
Agnieszka Łozowicka
Agnieszka works as a Head of the Business Analyst Department and on a daily basis, she is helping to find the best solutions for challenging problems. Her main focus is on delivering value and building working relationships with clients. For the last 5 years, she has been developing her leadership skills and now supports a group of more than 50 Business Analysts.
She believes that knowledge is most useful when shared. She is a mentor for professionals at different stages of their professional development and a conference speaker.

Magdalena Straś
Business Analyst / Lead / Process Manager with over 15 years of experience in business analysis, management, modeling, process improvement, and change support, both domestically and internationally, including remote work settings. Since 2022, she has been actively sharing her knowledge and experience through original courses conducted at LABA Polska. Her passion lies in working in an international environment, within complex, innovative business contexts, and in promoting responsibility and collaboration within teams.
Kagarzyna Krupińska-Obel
Mentor, Trainer, Consultant, Coach. A manager with experience leading a team of over a dozen individuals. Lecturer at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, SET® Business Academy, SET® Coaches Academy, and the Group and Team Coaching School. She has expertise in developing managerial competencies, coaching (managerial coaching, executive coaching, newly assigned leader coaching), training, and sales skills. She specializes in training related to managerial competency development and enhancing the effectiveness of managing subordinate teams. Marek Janigacz
He is an accomplished organizational consultant and certified business trainer, known for his expertise in designing business games and simulations. He co-authored "Game Thinking in Practice: What Can Game Designers Teach Us?" Early in his career, he coordinated research projects for the banking, energy, and automotive sectors. Later, he spearheaded projects for notable institutions, including the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, implementing numerous improvements across various public institutions. With a strong footing in change management, he has been involved in the innovative educational tools design industry since 2012, co-creating various simulation games in areas like project management and design thinking. Over the past decade, he has facilitated workshops for a diverse range of organizations, amassing over 5000 hours as a consultant and trainer.
Filip Hendrickx
Filip loves bridging business analysis and innovation and mixes both in his work as a speaker, trainer, coach and consultant. As co-founder of the BA & Beyond Conference and IIBA Brussels Chapter president, Filip helps support the BA profession and grow the BA community in and around Belgium. For these activities, Filip received the 2022 IIBA® EMEA Region Volunteer of the Year Award. Together with Ian Richards, Filip is the author of Brainy Glue (brainyglue.com), a business novel on business analysis, innovation and change.
