The IIBA Poland Chapter, with the support of Andersen Lab, is excited to announce an upcoming offline practical half-day workshop in Warsaw titled "Successful Stakeholder Engagement," led by Kathy Berkidge. Join us on September 28th for this enriching experience.

This is a paid event with limited seating, so be sure to secure your spot early!

Project success relies on effective stakeholder engagement. It is critical that we plan our approach to collaborate well with our stakeholders and build productive working relationships.

This workshop will explore stakeholder engagement strategies including the new ‘Stakeholder Engagement Canvas’ tool, which allows us to perform a more thoughtful and insightful level of stakeholder analysis. You will learn how to use this canvas to cultivate successful stakeholder engagement.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Appreciate the importance of stakeholder engagement for successful projects.
2. Understand factors that help build effective stakeholder engagement, as well as common problems to avoid.
3. Apply techniques to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
4. Use the stakeholder engagement canvas to enable effective stakeholder engagement.
