Razelle Naidoo, a Senior I.T Business Analyst and Production Support Manager with over 13 years of experience, will share her journey from a fresh graduate Chemical Engineer to a Business Analyst. A Business Analyst is anyone who does business analysis, and the skills required can be acquired in many ways. Her degree provided a solid foundation for entering business analysis, but it wasn’t enough to sustain her. Over the years, she has learned valuable lessons navigating a career she hasn't planned. Expect an authentic story filled with doubts, struggles, and successes.

Razelle Naidoo is a Senior I.T Business Analyst and Production Support Manager with over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, covering areas such as FOREX, Online Banking, Investments, and Risk.
She has also served as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
An international conference speaker and business analyst enthusiast, she is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and value-driven collaboration.
