About IIBA® Poland Chapter

The IIBA Poland chapter is a community of business analysts committed to improving and developing the business analysis profession in Poland and across Europe. Our vision is to empower business analysts to deliver maximum value to their organizations and drive innovation through continuous learning and professional growth.

Our mission is to provide business analysts with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to excel in their roles and make a meaningful impact in their organizations. We strive to support our members through networking opportunities, professional development events, and access to industry experts and thought leaders.

To achieve our vision and mission, we have developed a three-pronged strategy that focuses on:

• Raising awareness and promoting the value of business analysis: We aim to increase awareness of the vital role that business analysts play in driving organizational success, and to promote the value of the business analysis profession to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Advancing the professional development of business analysts: We provide our members with access to a wide range of professional development opportunities, including training, certifications, workshops, and networking events. We also support the ongoing development of business analysis standards and best practices.
• Fostering a supportive and collaborative community: We strive to create a community that is inclusive, supportive, and collaborative, where business analysts can share ideas, knowledge, and experiences with their peers, and build meaningful relationships that will support their personal and professional growth.
