Rooted in the IIBA® Guide to Product Ownership Analysis, this program empowers participants to embrace agile product thinking and deliver value through continuous discovery and delivery. Whether you are preparing for the Certificate in Product Ownership Analysis (CPOA) or simply looking to sharpen your product ownership skills, this group offers a supportive environment to learn, reflect, and grow. Participation also qualifies for Continuing Development Units (CDUs) toward IIBA® recertification.
